His dedication and personal touch made all the difference. The entire team was friendly, attentive when I called and made small conversation getting to know you while I waited for Issac to come to the phone or always ensured he got my message if he left for the day. "Two years ago, when my homeowner's insurance went from a hill to a mountain, I and many of my neighbors went to Kruisland Insurance. We all were very satisfied with their service, knowledge and understanding of our situations. I combined my auto and homeowner's coverage along with an umbrella policy at very competitive rates and better coverage. To my delight, most rates stayed about the same in my renewal. I recently made a change in my auto policies (2 cars) and Michelle handles it flawlessly. A couple of weeks ago, Dylan took care of an issue with my Sign and Drive discount. They are top notch and totally responsive to every need. It was a great change for me."
